Hi all I'm getting this old body ready for my 100 mile challenge. Please keep checking in to see if I have made it  

I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health.  I did the 10 mile walk last year, But this year I decided to up the stakes abit. So during the month of March I will be doing 100 miles. So please feel free to pop a few quid into the pot. Thanks in advance.
