This October, I’m running 5km every single day – 31 runs, over 155km total – to raise funds and awareness for Combat Stress, the UK’s leading veterans’ mental health charity.

Service leaves invisible wounds that last long after uniform comes off. Combat Stress provides free, specialist therapy and support for veterans living with PTSD, anxiety and depression – work that depends entirely on donations.

Running keeps me grounded; now I’m turning that privilege into help for those who’ve given so much. Hard days on the road will only remind me of the strength of those we support.
