A challenging 13.1 miles !

The 2026 bacchus marathon had a record turnout of runners and was a great occasion of fun, fancy dress and celebrating the wine vintage. I felt a purpose and privileged to run in aid of the Combat Stress charity who provide mental wellbeing support to armed forces personnel. Whilst the run was a 2 hour physical challenge for me, the mental impacts of military service leave a far longer and more challenging legacy.
