could provide an art therapy supplies pack – helping a veteran express their emotions, process trauma, and take a vital step forward in their recovery. £19

could provide a veteran with a session with a Peer Recovery Worker, offering support, guidance and reassurance from a fellow veteran who understands their recovery experience. £33

could fund a session with a Recovery Support Worker, offering practical and emotional support to help a veteran stay engaged in treatment, working alongside nurses and other professionals. £46

could fund a session for a veteran with a mental health nurse to help them with a range of issues including alcohol and drug use, PTSD symptoms, anger management and sleep hygiene. £85

could go towards paying for a veteran to have an appointment with a psychological therapist, helping them process and make sense of their trauma to support their recovery. £115
