Ok so we are less than 2 weeks out to this year's Race to Remember for Combat Stress. This year is going to be special for me as it's the 1 year anniversary of the day that the legend known as Dr Peter Golding (aka "our Dad") moved on to bore the Big Man Upstairs with his after dinner speeches. And I say "our" Dad as this year is the first year that all 3 of his beautiful children (ok, my two beautiful sisters and me) are doing the event! I'm starting in "The Shot", my sisters are starting in "Peef" and the plan is to RV in "Pompey" before dark. So if our Dad ever bought you a drink, how about returning the favour and spank the price of a pint sponsoring one of us!

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on Race to Remember to help take vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
