Huge thanks to everyone who supported me and my incredible daughter on our 3 Peaks Challenge! We smashed it, completing the challenge within the 24-hour limit. Our adventure began early on Saturday with a 4:55 am wake-up call, followed by a 5:55 am start. We tackled Ben Nevis in 4 hours 55 minutes, then headed to Scafell Pike, which took around 6 hours to reach. The climb was tough, and the weather was brutal, but we pushed on, conquering Scafell in 3 hours 46 minutes. The final push was Snowdon, which we reached at 2 am. Climbing in the dark was a real challenge, but we made it to the summit by 4:05 am. With only 6 and half minutes to spare, we crossed the finish line, exhausted but exhilarated! As a veteran, I found this challenge demanding, but I'm beyond proud of my daughter's determination and strength.

I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Kiwi Klean’s very own Aaron Lucas and his incredible daughter Harmony will be taking on the Three Peaks Challenge.

In June, they will be climbing the three highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales - all within 24 hours! To raise critical funds for Combat Stress.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
