Myself and a group of friends are hoping to raise funds in the name of Combat Stress and the incredible work that they doing in raising awareness of Mental Health amongst the Armed Forces community.
Without the work that Combat Stress do the important topic of Mental Health would be so much further behind where we need to be than where we are, their work is so important and fund raising is a great way in ensuring this work continues.
