Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former service members and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
A select Team from NIGSU and Service Personnel from across NI are taking part in the gruelling 4x4x48 Challenge from the 19th - 21st of October 2026.
This involves running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours straight. A test of both physical and mental prowess, all SP will be pushing their limits to support Combat Stress and raise essential funds for their vital work.
