Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

We can't deny the importance of optimal mental health; but the is only possible with the correct support, understanding, knowledge and environment to be able to heal and create such balance. 

Within my line of work I focus on using movement as the primary tool to help people create a better sense of self, understanding, compassion and thus mental health. 

However, I know that that isn't accessible to all and therefore being able to raise money for Combat Stress, which helps those whom have served for our country (and their families) to being able to find peace, calmness, joy and overall a better state of mental health means our trek up Kilimanjaro will be ever more fulfilling.
