London Landmarks Half for Combat Stress
The fragility of everyone’s mental health is important and that is part of the reason why Emma and I started running, getting active, and allowing us to focus by ‘clearing the head’. A couple of 10k races down, Emma suggested a bigger challenge!
So, Emma and I have decided to embark on a first for both of us, a half marathon, and what better place to do it than London and see all the landmarks! We have chosen to run for Combat Stress due to the ongoing support they provide for service personnel with mental health struggles, issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict ensuring they get the help they need to rebuild their lives.
Every step we take is to help ensure veterans can access this life-changing support.
Everyone deserves to have the support they need, especially for those that have served their country. Thank you so much for backing us and this incredible cause. Together, we can make a difference!
