London & Edinburgh Marathons 2025
I come from a military family. My Great great Uncle Alec Edward Howard served as an Able Seaman during ww2 onboard HMS Fidelity and he died during his time serving.My great grandfather served with the 105th Royal Artillery Regiment together with my father his dad served with the same Regiment and the 105th Royal Artillery Regiment are based here in Edinburgh.
Lastly not forgetting my grandfather who served with the Parachute Regiment during ww2.
Everyone of those that served within the family will be looking down on me as i run through the streets of Edinburgh.
Its Great to have teamed up with Combat Stress.
For my 11th Marathon. Of course, what better way to let the legacy of the Leishman surname pride itself in Edinburgh.
It only takes 40 seconds for someone to sliently pass away from mental health.
