I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

At the start of 2022, I began a challenge to run 2022kms in 365 days for Combat Stress but just over 1000kms in, I contracted Lyme's disease on deployment and could barely walk for weeks, and have been suffering intermittent crippling joint pain ever since. I've been lucky to escape the neuro symptoms that some people get with this but some days I feel like I've been run over, I've still got a large lump in the back of my neck and I'm in pain if I stand still for long.

I'm due to deploy again soon and want to use this opportunity to raise more vital funds for the leading UK veteran's mental health charity. I'm going to be running 500kms in 70 days on a treadmill, which is 7.14kms per day.

My ex-fiance recently completed suicide and although he wasn't military, some of the absolute best friends I have are and I don't want to watch anyone else go down a path of self-destruct.

If anyone has a pound or two spare, I would greatly appreciate your support please - I promise I won't get some rare disease in the jungle halfway through this time!

Here We Go Again!

After not completing my last challenge because I contracted Lyme's disease in the jungle, I am determined to complete a new one, despite still suffering intermittent crippling joint pain.

Thank-you so much to Jacob for making the first donation, I really appreciate your support. I can't reveal thr exact dates I will be doing the challenge due to OpSec but I can say it will be before the end of 2023!
