I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Mr. Tarmac (Andy) is going to be wearing a weighted vest for the month of July, eating, sleeping, working & training in it.  The only time it comes off is for a shower.

The weighted vests have two plates, one front and one back and weighs 10Kg.  It’s uncomfortable, annoying and sweaty!!!

You’ll see me out and about, in the gym, running, swimming, shopping, pubbing & doing all the usual never taking it off.  Hopefully July will be scorchio to make it even harder.

If you’ve never trained with one or worn one then try it for a few minutes of your usual routine.

Updates and videos will be posted @iamttfitness.

We’re raising money for Combat Stress which is a great charity.  @combatstress

Please give generously to help and support our veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on this weighted vest challenge to help ensure veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
