I am raising vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity for veterans' mental health, dedicated to helping former servicemen and women tackle trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. For over a century, Combat Stress has provided critical support to those who have bravely served, offering a lifeline to veterans from every branch of service and every era of conflict.

This Movember, our platoon at Sandhurst is rallying to raise both awareness and funds for this vital cause. In support of Combat Stress, we’re growing our moustaches (with mixed results!) and taking on physically demanding challenges. Inspired by the historic Battle of El Alamein—our company’s namesake—we’re collectively running and tabbing 5,760 km, the distance from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to El Alamein. On top of this, each of us is completing 1,942 press-ups in honor of the battle's anniversary.
