Recent rides and updates!

Yesterday, 16/09/25, i cycled 22kms , which was super hard but also mint.
All 6 rides i’ve done i’ve done a sainsburys run , which is about 7km there and 5km back so i average about 13 every time i do this. I’ve been getting lychee rubicon for a mate , muffins and stuff for my brother and his girlfriend , and rodds for me because i love rodds (iced coffee in a bottle [it tastes like iced coffee not in a bottle] its yum ). For my 22km ride, i went to sainsburys and back, and then from my house , morrisons and back. This has been a bit challenging at times but i’ve learned my favourite route which is a lot of steep uphill and a lot of steep downhill. Keep donating!

Start of cycle September!

Today , 3rd September , i cycled 13.13 kilometres for 46 minutes. I had James Marriott playing in my ears and the route was very steep at times but its good for my mental and physical health aswell as raising money for this great cause. Let’s reach £150!

I'm doing CycleSeptember and so should you!

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember and cycling 250 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Any donations no matter the amount will be greatly appreciated towards supporting veterans mental health.

Thank you so much for your support.
