How it works
Sign-up for free and choose to cycle 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 km this September in support of veterans' mental health. All cyclists who raise over £20 will receive a CycleSeptember finishers' medal and those who raise £250 will receive a Combat Stress cycling jersey!
No matter your fitness level, this is an event for everyone - complete your challenge between 01 and 30 September. You can create a team or compete against your friends – however you wish, this challenge is done your way.
By taking part you will have access to an amazing Facebook support group and connect with fellow riders.

THE IMPACT OF YOUR FUNDRAISING
£5,400
could fund a group of veterans to enable them to develop self-compassion and self-worth so they can effectively access treatment for complex PTSD.
£4,400
could fund a virtual Art Therapy session for a group of veterans, offering a guided way to express emotions, make sense of trauma, and aid recovery.
£4,280
could allow a group of veterans to complete the 'Master Your Emotions' programme helping them to recognise, understand and better manage their emotions.
£3,640
could fund a 'Cope Using Your Senses' programme for a group of veterans, teaching them how to use their senses to cope better in all aspects of their life.
Rewards
Although there is no fundraising target, we encourage participants to think big and do the best they can!
