Many of you know I’m not exactly a seasoned runner — but this year on the 8th November, I’m stepping up to take on the Combat Stress Race to Remember in support of veterans’ mental health.
This challenge isn’t just about pushing myself; it’s about standing with those who have served and now need our help. Combat Stress is a vital charity providing life-changing mental health support for veterans, and every donation — big or small — helps ensure they get the care they deserve.
