My target 250 kms

I must be crazy

I must have taken an overdose of my antidepressants. I'm committed to cycling 250 kilometres over the month of September.  I have an intentional choice about this crazy choice. Many veterans dont have that degree of choice.

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress CycleSeptember challenge!

This year, im taking part in a physical and psychological challenge.

Specifically for combat stress I will be cycling  250km on a static bike, spread over the month of September. Doesn't sound much , but it'll probably mean an 8-10 mile cycle twice a week

Please sponsor me for either event or both. The money raised by the 10K run will be split evenly between the Multiple Sclerosis society and combat stress .

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
