My target 1000 kms

Myself and a group of veterans I support (within my work) are taking up the challenge of cycle September due to limitations with bikes we are improvising and using Gym Bikes and Gym Rowers we have set our target at 250-300 miles but we are hoping to smash this target as a team. we are as a team doing this challenge to help raise Money for this amazing charity that has helped so many we know se we feel we owe this to them to raise as much as we can.

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress CycleSeptember challenge!

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember and cycling 250, 500, 750 or 1,000 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
