Support my challenge

With a father who was a Major in the Royal Engineers, a father-in-law who was a Captain in the Gloucesters and a son who was a Royal Marine I wanted to try to help Combat Stress who are the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. 

For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

We are trying to help provide veterans with the support they need.
