2 miles todayExtra miles
I only signed up for 30 miles because my ME can mess with my ability to get out and go any distance. However, its only 11/11 and Parker & I have clocked up 23 miles already! Not going to lie, some mornings it has been very painful but giving the extra push is good even if I end up in bed the rest of the day. We will see if we can smash the target, I don’t think we will make the next level but will try! 😎🐾11 Nov

2.4km walk this morningI'm taking part in the Combat Stress Waggy Trails Challenge!
This year I'll be taking on Waggy Trails to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support.
