Was forced to change bikes yesterday due to a spin class taking the regular bikes I use. Determined to clear it before fatigue sets in pushed through and managed to clear it out by about a minute. Going to split today's session into some bike and some runningAiming for a sub 25 minute ride
Three days in and the ache starts to set in also. With every day being leg day I set an aim for a sub 25 minute on the 7.5 miles (12k) just missed the goal but still plenty of time to get there.Getting ready for the miles
As someone who isn't an Olympic runner 12Kms (7.5 Miles) isn't an easy ffeat, i'll be getting up early to get some miles in and adding them up across treadmill, spin bike and road to be able to complete this challenge while away from home.I'm taking part in the Combat Stress 12Ks of Christmas challenge!

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
