Day 8 - Making Progress

Having taken a rest day on Friday to spend some time with the long suffering Mrs Wood I got back on Zwift on Saturday, listening to Jason Fox read Embrace the Chaos, and then a real world ride today.
320km clocked up and donations coming in to support Combat Stress thanks to Friends and Family.

Day 3 - Feeling Good (ish)

First Ride

Day one of Cycle September and first ride in the bag. I need to average a smidge over 33km each day, but I know that riding every day won’t be possible.

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress CycleSeptember challenge!

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember again and cycling  1,000 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need and in taking part supporting my own physical and mental health.

Thank you so much for your support.
