Thoughts.
I’m just over half way through this year's challenge after doing this for the first time in 2024. I took up cycling 18 months after a full knee replacement and years of not being able to do very much h fitness. I have increased the challenge to 1500 KM in a month which is not easy but I’m loving it. Thank you all so very much for sponsoring or even just being aware of this amazing charity. This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember and cycling 1500 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
