How i anticipate to complete this

Along with juggling a full time job and looking after my 3 year old twins, life can get very busy and we can all be mistaken for forgetting about looking after ourselves and our own mental health.  Cycling even when growing up was such an enjoyable exercise and i remember some of my happiest memories were on my push bike with my family cycling from Brighton all the way down the coast to peace haven to get fish and chips then back again! Even now I love a spin class and I get out on my exercise bike in the garage to have a bit of me time! Not only does this help money for a very worthy cause very close to me and my families hearts but it also challenges me to look after my own mental health more and spend an hour an evening cycling and finding time for me. Thank you for reading.

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress CycleSeptember challenge!

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember and cycling 250 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

As you may or may not be aware, my husband served in the Royal Engineers and served in Afghanistan in one of bloodiest years on record. He saw and experienced things that still haunt him to this day but without the help of combat Stress, he wouldn't be alive today and our beautiful twins would be growing up without a father. This is why this cause means so much to me and I would be so grateful if you could spare a few pennies to sponsor my cycle.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
