Limped in

Unfortunately I didn't make it to 500kms as I planned due to unforeseen circumstances the hotel where I stay with work was getting refurbed so no Peleton to use, which reduced my time in the saddle dramatically.

I am very grateful for all the donations as its has surpassed my original target of £250 so thank you again the money goes to a very worthy cause!

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress CycleSeptember challenge!

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember and cycling 500Kms, approx 310miles to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
