Thank you, Waggy Trails, for the note and rosette. I'll be the talk of the town when I wear it.Monday to Thursday
Poppy and me managed a good 7 Km per day Monday to Thursday giving a total of 143 Km for the month. I'm calling a halt to our participation in Wagy Trails as I am mechanised over this last weekend so will not be covering many Km this wwwkend on foot. I thank all my sponsors and ask if anyone else will throw a shilling in the hat to help serving and ex forces who are struggling with their mental health due to their service.Storm Bert.
Despite trying to hide from Bert, Poppy dogs still need walked. Some very strong winds coming round corners and funnel areas in Stornoway. Poppy and me managed 13 Km over the two days, bring us to 115 Kms. Huzzah! Target achieved and surpassed. Six days to the end of the month. Let's see where that gets us.Tuesday to Friday.
17 Km creaked over the 4 days. This weekend won't be much as I'm hiding from Bert, who is out to blow me away. Keep safe out there folkies.Weekend away.

This year Poppy Springer Spaniel is taking on Waggy Trails. She and her pet human, Dusty, are doing this to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support.
