Goals

In September I will be Cycling the 1000km target (623 Miles about 21 miles per day) My plan at first was to keep to this daily distance which currently i am covering 15-20 miles during my training on routes I am used to. I have now decided to change it up and am planning full day rides all over and around London my longest planned route is 72 miles. Every ride I go out on I’ll be loading a recorded map of my progress with photos and videos of my journeys

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress CycleSeptember challenge!

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember. My main Goal will be set at cycling 1,000 kilometers to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Please share this page/link for more ways to donate. I will be posting my progress on my page to keep you updated  on my progress throughout the month.

Have a lovely day
