Combat Stress - CycleSeptember 2025 - Man plans and the Gods laugh.

Having just topped £2500 in donations for Combat Stress on walks, thought I enjoy the challenge of cycling Coastal Paths in Pembrokeshire around Wisemans Bridge, Saundersfoot, Amroth et al.  Another win-win, getting fit and attract donations for Combat Stress.

Combat Stress - CycleSeptember! - Target £1 per mile and 250 miles. 44% increase in new veteran referrals over the past three years.

This year I will be taking on CycleSeptember! and cycling 250 miles to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans. For me, Combat Stress events are win-win. Gets me fit and raises funds to help our Veterans with PTSD. Getting fit is even more important now as I have major surgery on 13th August at Royal Surrey. And the demand for Combat Stress services and research for Veterans and their families keeps growing. 44% increase in new veteran referrals over the past three years.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Thank you so much for your support.
