Well the last couple of days were tough mainly because of the weather but also the knee (ITB). Who'd have thought fitting in 100 miles in a month was such a challenge but when you still work its hard to find the time sometimes. 82 miles down, 18 more to go before the end of the month. To be honest, its not been easy to fit in with work, nor knee injury and the current hot spell but its only 18 miles 😉Today was for George. RIP mate

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
