My target 100 mi
100 miles for veterans mental health
This June, I’ll be walking 100 miles (yes, really… and yes, my feet are already concerned) to raise vital funds for life-changing support for veterans.
Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health. For over a century, they’ve supported former servicemen and women in dealing with the invisible wounds of service, including trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. Today, they continue to provide expert care to veterans from every service and every conflict.
While my contribution may “just” be putting one foot in front of the other it’s a small step towards something much bigger: ensuring veterans can access the support they need, when they need it most.
If you’re able to support, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every donation helps make those miles matter.
Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
