100 Miles in May: Part 2

This is my second year taking part in 100 Miles in May. Combat Stress is a charity that is very close to my heart. I grew up in a military environment and moved around a lot as a young child. Being away from my Dad whilst he was deployed was very hard, but I can't even begin to imagine how hard it was for him too. Through this challenge, I feel that I am making a difference in a veteran's life, by raising money to pay for mental health support. I feel honoured to be able to help the veterans of the British Armed Forces and those who may have served alongside my family members. I am so excited to start this challenge. Bring it on!

I'm taking on 100 Miles in May for Combat Stress

This year I'm taking on 100 Miles in May to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
