Tabbing 100 miles in May!
Captain John Stewart was a Royal Marine Commando and my grandfather. Through talking with my family, I truly appreciate the effects of combat on his quality of life after service, and on the lives of those around him.
So, this May I will be running/'tab-ing' 100 Miles to raise funds for Combat Stress, the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health.
For those who don't know, a TAB, or Tactical Advance to Battle, is effectively a run with weight, anywhere between 5 and 25kg at anywhere faster than 9min/km or about 15min/mile
