Greetings!

Howdy! My name is Chan, I'm an 18 year old Flight Sergeant of 77SQN, Royal Air Force Air Cadets.

This year, I'm taking on the challeng of 100 Miles in May to support veterans' mental health through the Combat Stress organisation.

I have never done a challenge like this before, but I knew when I saw it I had to give it a go. I'm competing for team YOMP (Your Own Marching Pace) and have a goal to do over 100 miles in total, putting my roadmarching training to the test.

Come join and support me on my adventure, and please donate to support the cause. I will be posting further updates to keep you all informed!

I'm taking part in the Combat Stress 100 Miles in May challenge

This year I will be taking on 100 Miles in May as part of Team YOMP, to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
