I'm taking on 100 Miles in May for Combat Stress
My feet have been out of action a while but they're back and taking on the Combat Stress "100 Miles in May" Challenge to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.
Plan is to clock up a few miles each day then do a bigger TAB each weekend to build up the miles. Then at the end of May I'll recreate my own Since 1664 Yomp which is 100 miles along the South Downs non-stop in 36 hours. Let's see how far I can go and how much we can raise!
Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.
I’m taking vital steps towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.
Thank you so much for your support.
