Loose change!

Changed up mine and my parents loose change collections, it came to almost £100! Do you have any loose change that you'd like to donate to Combat Stress veterans charity? It would be much appreciated if you do.

The Great Riverside Ramble (Goring Gap walk)

After asking someone to take my photo with the collecting tin, a few participants very kindly put some coins in the tin. It all helps, and it goes to Combat Stress- Veterans mental health charity. 👍🏻🙂👍🏻

Thank you!

With just over a year to go until DDay 44 challenge I've just reached halfway to my £1000 fundraising target.
Thank you so much to everyone who has kindly donated.

Jordan Trek

I wore my Combat Stress tee-shirt while trekking. Unfortunately didn't make any sponsorship but raised awareness, as had several people ask or comment, mainly asking if I was Army/ex-army! It was a good conversation starter. 🙂

Brighton marathon

I ran with a collecting tin. Got a few donations. Will have a count up tomorrow.

Support my D-Day Challenge

In honour of our forefathers as well as current servicemen who have bravely fought to protect our way of life, I will be taking on the D-Day Challenge to raise vital funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans.

The D-Day 44 Challenge commemorates the 1944 Allied invasion of occupied France. I will be heading to Normandy, to race across its picturesque beaches, finishing at the historic Pegasus Bridge on the 80th anniversary of D-Day, 6 June 2024.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, they've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

I’m taking on D-Day Challenge to help take vital strides towards ensuring veterans can get the support they need.

Thank you so much for your support.
