Yes. You can find London Marathon training plans at Training plans - TCS London Marathon

Will Combat Stress have a cheer spot at the event?

add remove

Yes! We'll be located near mile 13, so we'll also see you as you reach mile 22. The nearest station is Shadwell, your friends and family are welcome to join us - the more the merrier! If they need a T-shirt, please let us know

Can my friends and family join the Combat Stress cheer point?

add remove

ABSOLUTELY! We want to make our cheerspot as big and as loud as possible. Let us know if your friends and family would like to join us and we can get the kitted out with T-shirts and a cheer pack

When do I need to reach my fundraising target?

add remove

Charity place runners should aim to reach the required £2,000 fundraising target by the weekend following marathon day. We are here to support you so please do get in touch if you need anything

How do I collect my Event Pack?

add remove

Your event pack contains your all-important bib number, which you must wear on Marathon Day. You'll need to collect your pack from the TCS London Marathon Running Show, which takes place in London over the four days before the marathon. If you can't attend the TCS London Marathon Running Show, someone can collect your pack on your behalf, see the London Marathon Event Guide, which you should receive in the post, for details of this. Event Packs will not be posted and cannot be collected on Marathon Day, so please ensure you allow time to arrange collection

Will my finishing time be published online?

add remove

Yes - your bib number will contain a timing chip, so the finishing times of all participants will be published on the TCS London Marathon website within 24 hours of the event. You'll then be able to look up your official time on the site using your bib number

Can I change my start time so I can run with a friend?

add remove

London Marathon cannot accommodate individual requests to change start times. If your friend is in the same starting area as you, you may move back to join them without notifying the event organisers, you cannot move forward to join a friend - they would need to move back to join you
