You can complete your miles at any time in May! How and where is completely up to you, which means the event can be adjusted to your own personal challenge – walk 3.23 miles in one day, spread it across the month or beat your personal best. Demand for our services remains high and by taking part in 100 Miles in May, you will help raise vital funds for our specialist mental health treatment.
It's easy to take part - simply register for free, decide whether you walk, run or 100 miles during May. Record your miles on our handy printable tracker or link your fitness app to your page.
